How do I send you my tax documents securely?

We provide a secure, encrypted document portal where you can upload all your tax slips, receipts, and supporting documents. The portal uses bank-level encryption, and your files are stored on secure Canadian servers. We also accept documents via encrypted email if you prefer.

How long does it take to complete my tax return?

Most personal returns are completed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving all documents. Corporate returns typically take 7 to 10 business days. During peak tax season (March and April), timelines may be slightly longer. We will always give you a clear timeline upfront.

Can you file returns for previous years?

Yes. We prepare and file prior-year returns going back up to 10 years. Whether you missed a filing deadline or need to amend a previous return, we can help. Late-filed returns may be subject to CRA penalties, but we will work to minimize those wherever possible.

What happens if the CRA sends me a reassessment or audit letter?

We handle CRA correspondence on your behalf. If you receive a reassessment notice or audit letter, simply forward it to us. We will review it, prepare a response, and communicate with the CRA directly. This support is included for returns we have prepared.
